The 2nd semester is over, I’ve almost finished the orientation year of studying Electrical engineering in Graz and now I’m working as a SPT9 developer for automotive electronics at Infineon in Villach…

After somebody decided to steal my mountainbike in Graz and  the city is well known for mountainbiking I bought a new one: and there are really several challenging routes. There are two smaller, but great mountains directly in Graz: Plabutsch (in the background of the 1st photo below; 400 m over Graz) and Platte (300 m over Graz) and there is also one higher mountain near Graz: the so called Schöckl (1100 m over Graz). The mountainbike/downhill-routes are more or less legal.

Because my flatmate isn’t at home and he asked me to look after his fish I wondered how I could use the aquarium wisely. So I figured something out:

Summer is coming. The water level of the river Mur is too high - so far the promenade has closed. There are several people taking profit of the melt water: the surfing people and the kayaking people.

On 6th and 7th of April there was an ballet dancing festival at the Odeon theatre in Vienna. Besides some professional schools from Vienna, Hungary and Slovenia the ‘Ballettschule für künstlerischen Tanz’ and my mothers ballett school performed some dances there. My mother asked me to shoot some of her actors (the photo beneath shows another school).

Even though the admission costs 14 Euro per day and there are lots of people during holidays I like visiting the Zoo in Vienna with my camera.

As well the house of palm trees is very lovely. The temperature inside was below the ambient air temperature.
